As mentioned before, i will be posting up the Amalfi pictures in this post. Amalfi lies at the mouth of a deep ravine, at the foot of Monte Cerreto, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery...about 24 miles southeast of Naples city centre. The beauty of Amalfi is just indescribable...no words can describe the beauty of this place...it's just too good to be true!! No wonder it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Upon arriving here, we spent about 2 hours walking around Amalfi's town centre. The town centre here is much smaller compared to the one at Sorrento.
There is an optional tour whereby one can take a speed boat out to the sea and the boatmen will take the passenger to the sea so that we can have a closer look of Amalfi from there. The price for one person on this optional boat trip is 10 Euros per person and all i gotta say is that it's worth every penny!! Thankfully i managed to persuade my aunt and her friends to go on this boat trip since they were in a dilemma whether to go or not...and yes, they didn't regret either!! Anyway, enjoy the pictures below:-
The Cathedral of Amalfi along with the bell tower
The front view of the Cathedral of Amalfi
The pictures shown below were taken in Amalfi...the view of the town centre and also its beautiful beaches...

OMG!!!!! how could they be such beautiful...the view is just..indescribable...no words at all...really worth every penny you spend there i think..the water is so crystal clear..
Yeah, it's definitely worth every penny but it's not my penny...it's my aunt's penny, hahaha!! Anyway, if you have the free time, do visit this place...better still if you could go swimming by the seaside or snorkelling. I wanted to go snorkelling but not enough time. Besides that, i don't have the proper attire and the diving mask at that time.
Haih, how i wish i could spend more time here instead of having to rush all the time. Hope to return to Sorrento and Amalfi again in the future. Since you will still be staying in UK, better visit those places before coming back to Malaysia...and remember to bring your lover along!!
